[Problem Solving Case] Radiator Cap Component (Negative Pressure Valve)

Introducing fluororesin coating for harsh operating environments where coolant fluid comes into direct contact!

We would like to introduce a case where we solved a problem by applying a fluororesin coating to the radiator cap component (negative pressure valve), which provided non-adhesive properties. The coolant liquid previously used, which contained a non-amine-based rust inhibitor, had issues such as damaging the main pressure valve (rubber) and causing the negative pressure valve (SUS) to seize. This led to the coolant liquid being unable to move between the reserve tank and the radiator during low temperatures, resulting in overheating and causing damage or rupture to the radiator. After hearing about these issues from the customer, our company selected the coating. We utilized the non-adhesive properties of the fluororesin to prevent the fixation of the main pressure valve and the negative pressure valve. 【Improvement Effects】 ■ The coating no longer peels off ■ Prevented seizing *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

PFAS-free coating "Nano Coat-S" *Contributes to equipment longevity

There are cases where the frequency of parts replacement has been reduced to 1/4! PFAS-free coating! Coating technology that contributes to the durability of sliding parts.

Wear occurs quickly, and maintenance and upkeep of equipment require effort and cost, as it is necessary to stop the equipment multiple times for parts replacement. We have received many inquiries about measures to extend the lifespan of equipment. In response, we propose our PFAS-free coating "Nano Coat-S," which excels in "slipperiness" and "wear resistance." When comparing parts used for the same period, the hard chrome-plated items (bottom photo) show exposed base material, while our treated products (top photo) exhibit no significant wear. We offer various grades. Our surface modification technology may help with your issues. If you are facing problems with sliding parts, please consider our product. [For such concerns] - Poor sliding, unwillingness to use lubricants, generation of debris - Rapid wear, needing to stop equipment multiple times for parts replacement - Rubber parts sticking together - Difficulties in wiping off dirt from surfaces, wanting to avoid damaging parts during cleaning - Blades losing sharpness quickly *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Corrosion prevention for stainless steel welds *Proven results in semiconductor processes (exhaust gas treatment equipment)

There is a coating track record with exhaust gas treatment equipment (pollution control equipment) used in semiconductor manufacturing! Coating that contributes to corrosion prevention of stainless steel welds!

Many of the gases used in semiconductor manufacturing have properties such as flammability, self-ignition, corrosiveness, and toxicity. Additionally, there are gases like PFCs with a high GWP (Global Warming Potential). Exhaust gas treatment systems (pollutant removal devices) play a crucial role in safely and reliably neutralizing these gases, while also ensuring substrate protection and safety. At Fluorocoat, we propose corrosion prevention measures through coating applications for the corrosion protection of SUS316L stainless steel welds. 【We can address the following issues】 ■ Intergranular corrosion ■ Stress corrosion cracking ■ Corrosion from heat-affected zones of welding ■ Cleaning after welding We have obtained ISO 9001 certification at all domestic factories, and our well-equipped facilities can handle difficult machining tasks. Additionally, we have established a comprehensive inspection system with advanced equipment, including evaluation testing machines compliant with JIS standards. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us directly.
