For fastening components and small parts used in construction structures and public facilities! It exhibits high corrosion resistance due to the presence of hexavalent chromium.
We would like to introduce "Dacrotized," handled by Kyokuro Co., Ltd. Due to EU regulations, non-chrome Geomet has been restored, and the use of Dacrotizing has decreased. However, it remains a popular product in the domestic construction industry and other processing sectors due to its high corrosion resistance and the appeal of chromium content. The components of the treatment solution primarily consist of zinc, aluminum flakes, and chromic acid, making it particularly resistant to salt damage. In SST tests, corrosion resistance is sometimes rated at 1000 to 2000 hours. 【Features】 ■ Contains hexavalent chromium ■ Resistant to salt damage ■ The treatment solution primarily consists of zinc, aluminum flakes, and chromic acid ■ Corrosion resistance rated at 1000 to 2000 hours in SST tests ■ Suitable for fastening parts and small components used in construction structures and public facilities *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
No worries about hydrogen embrittlement! Introducing a completely chrome-free, highly corrosion-resistant coating.
"MagniCoat" is a two-layer baked composite coating consisting of a base coat and a top coat, offering excellent corrosion resistance, making it suitable for bolts, nuts, and small accessory parts. It is less affected by thermal effects from baking temperatures, preventing strength reduction in hardened products, and maintains a stable overall friction coefficient. Additionally, it excels in chemical resistance and electro-corrosion resistance, with no concerns regarding hydrogen embrittlement. 【Features】 ■ Two-layer baked composite coating of base coat and top coat ■ Excellent corrosion resistance suitable for bolts, nuts, and small accessory parts ■ Less affected by thermal effects from baking temperatures ■ Prevents strength reduction in hardened products and maintains a stable overall friction coefficient ■ Excellent chemical resistance and electro-corrosion resistance, with no concerns regarding hydrogen embrittlement *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
100 years of corrosion resistance! From mass-produced large sizes to palm-sized, leave it to Tomoe Manufacturing.
"Thermal spraying" is a coating technology that forms a coating by injecting and colliding molten material onto a target object. Its performance is very high and contributes significantly to the longevity of various products. Our company is actively working to improve quality while aiming for lower costs, including the introduction of thermal spraying robots, thereby establishing a system that can broadly respond to customer requests. 【Effects】 ■ Provides wear resistance ■ Provides rust and corrosion resistance ■ Provides heat resistance ■ Provides electrical conductivity *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Stable adhesion coating with low-temperature treatment! Low-temperature processing below 200°C is possible.
- Stable adhesion with low-temperature treatment (Since low-temperature treatment below 200°C is possible, coatings with excellent adhesion can be applied to SCM carburizing steel, SKS, and SUJ steel without reducing the base material hardness). - High-precision coating is possible (Due to excellent film thickness accuracy and reproducibility, it can be applied to precision parts with strict tolerances). - No droplets like those from arc IP, resulting in a smooth surface (Low aggressiveness towards counterpart materials and good tribological properties).
A new composite multilayer DLC coating with superior adhesion and wear resistance has arrived! It enhances the lifespan of sliding components, precision molds, and tools!
The Celtes DLC is a next-generation composite multilayer DLC coating produced by a hybrid process of Plasma Booster Sputtering (PBS) and Plasma CVD. By adopting a new plasma source, it can be deposited at lower temperatures (below 180°C) than before, significantly improving the durability of molds and parts compared to conventional DLC. With a high adhesion 3-5 micron DLC coating, it can also be applied to tool steel molds and SUJ/SCM steel parts that have previously been unsuitable due to insufficient adhesion at high surface pressures. 【Features】 - In the Fabry (Falex) seizure test, it achieved a seizure load limit of up to 2000 kgf under non-lubricated conditions and over 2500 kgf under lubricated conditions. - Compared to other companies' composite multilayer DLCs, the damage to the coating after the Fabry test is minimal, and it does not peel off even when the base material becomes red-hot and undergoes plastic flow. *For more details, please request documentation or view the PDF data available for download.
It is a low-temperature PVD coating using advanced vacuum plasma technology.
The Celtes X coating for semiconductor mold dies is a low-temperature PVD coating using advanced vacuum plasma technology. The chromium nitride coating (CrxNy) with a thickness of 2 to 5 μm, deposited by the PBS (Plasma Booster Sputtering) process, has a Vickers hardness of over 1800 and demonstrates excellent wear resistance against abrasive wear from silica particles. Additionally, for steel substrates, it is also possible to perform re-coating processing of the coating on the discharge machined surface. For more details, please download the catalog.
It is a DLC coating using a hybrid process of PVD and plasma CVD.
The semiconductor forming die's Celtes DLC coating is a new DLC (diamond-like carbon) coating produced by a hybrid process of PVD and plasma CVD. By adopting a composite multilayer film, it demonstrates superior adhesion compared to conventional DLC and allows for thick films (up to 5μm), resulting in exceptional durability. Additionally, it can withstand high surface pressures due to the use of a substrate reinforcement layer, not only on cemented carbide but also on tool steel. The DLC coating has a very smooth and hard surface with a low friction coefficient, preventing adhesion of soft metals such as solder plating and aluminum. This significantly reduces defects caused by solder debris adhering to the mold and dramatically improves productivity by decreasing cleaning frequency. For more details, please download the catalog.
It reduces mold contamination and dramatically decreases the maintenance frequency of the mold.
The Celtes coating for rubber molding molds reduces mold contamination in rubber molding and dramatically decreases the frequency of mold maintenance. Additionally, the surface hardness of the mold is increased, and corrosion resistance is improved, making it less susceptible to damage from blasting or alkaline cleaning, thus enhancing durability. It can be applied to nitrile, butyl, EPDM, chloroprene, and fluorine rubber, among others. For more details, please download the catalog.
Release properties of molten glass, increased adhesion at high temperatures.
The Certex coating for glass lens and mold manufacturing showed low friction coefficients in friction and wear tests at 500°C in the atmosphere with BK7 balls, and observations of wear marks indicated minimal adhesion of BK7 glass. In glass lens molding, heat resistance and release properties from molten glass are required. Certex SD (TiBN-based) exhibits high adhesion and wear resistance at high temperatures and excellent release properties from molten glass. Certex T (TiAlN-based) has the highest oxidation onset temperature, and EDS analysis of the sliding marks did not detect oxygen. For more details, please download the catalog.
The adoption of Certex DLC coating for valve lifters, piston pins, rocker arms, and other components is spreading worldwide.
The adoption of DLC coating for friction reduction (improving fuel efficiency) is expanding for automotive engine parts that require wear resistance, seizure resistance, and reliability under harsh load conditions. For more details, please download the catalog.
