[Construction Effect Verification Case] Major Elderly Care Facility Air Conditioning Outdoor Unit

It has been confirmed that significant energy-saving effects can be achieved by simultaneously implementing cleaning and thermal insulation coating.

We would like to introduce a case study on the effectiveness of construction when performing partial chemical cleaning and heat-insulating painting on the outdoor air conditioning units of a major elderly care facility. We targeted air conditioning units that had not been treated, those that underwent only chemical cleaning, and those that underwent both chemical cleaning and heat-insulating painting. For 10 days after the construction, we installed a cumulative meter to measure electricity consumption. We verified the extent of the difference in power usage based on the presence or absence of each treatment. The reduction rate in power consumption from chemical cleaning alone was approximately 8.5%, which is already a significant effect. However, by additionally applying heat-insulating paint, the reduction rate increased to approximately 36.0%. This confirmed that implementing both chemical cleaning and heat-insulating painting together yields substantial energy-saving effects. [Case Overview] ■ Verification Method - For 10 days after the treatment, we installed a cumulative meter to measure electricity consumption. - We verified the extent of the difference in power usage based on the presence or absence of each treatment. ■ Verification Results - The reduction rate in power consumption from chemical cleaning alone was approximately 8.5%. - Additionally, by applying heat-insulating paint, the reduction rate increased to approximately 36.0%. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

[Construction Effect Verification Case] Major Manufacturing Company AHU Outdoor Unit

Can also be used as materials for revising energy-saving law measures! Confirmed to have energy-saving effects.

We would like to introduce a case study on the effectiveness of chemical cleaning and heat-insulating painting performed on the outdoor AHU units of a major manufacturing company. The verification method involved measuring the electricity consumption over three days with exactly the same average temperature difference in the area where the work was carried out. The verification results confirmed that the reduction rate of electricity consumption due to chemical cleaning and heat-insulating painting was approximately 14.02%, demonstrating energy-saving effects. [Case Summary] ■ Verification Method - Measured electricity consumption over three days with exactly the same average temperature difference in the area where the work was carried out. ■ Verification Results - In addition to reducing electricity costs, it contributes to CO2 reduction and the prevention of global warming, and can also be utilized as material for compliance with the revised Energy Conservation Act. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
