We would like to introduce a case study on the effectiveness of chemical cleaning and heat-insulating painting performed on the outdoor AHU units of a major manufacturing company. The verification method involved measuring the electricity consumption over three days with exactly the same average temperature difference in the area where the work was carried out. The verification results confirmed that the reduction rate of electricity consumption due to chemical cleaning and heat-insulating painting was approximately 14.02%, demonstrating energy-saving effects.
