SITA Deutschland GmbH has decided to introduce 12 newly developed state-of-the-art waste collection vehicles and has commissioned Becker Machine Construction and Containerbau Hameln to manufacture high-quality waste collection vehicles and deliver them on schedule. Additionally, Containerbau Hameln, a member of the Hardox(R) in My Body program, was responsible for the production of the containers. ~Containers made with Hardox(R) wear-resistant steel plates~ 1. Lightweight and durable, allowing for side walls to be made at 3.2mm and floor panels at 4.0mm. 2. A container that is 1 ton lighter than traditional types has been completed. 3. The payload capacity of the trailer truck has increased by 2 tons, resulting in a maximum load capacity increase of 20%. 4. The incorporation of movable inner walls in the container has created two compartments, enabling color-coded sorting during the collection of materials like glass.
