Model Predictive Control Feeder Controller AD-4826
High-speed, high-precision constant flow supply of powder particles. Model Predictive Control Feeder Controller.
Model Predictive Control is a method that models the behavior of the controlled object, uses that behavior model to predict future states, and determines the control input to bring the system as close as possible to the target value. By using the behavior model incorporated internally, it predicts whether a "difference" will arise between the current control input and the set target value in the near future if the current control input is maintained. If it is determined that a "difference" will occur, a modified control input is output to the controlled object. Unlike PID control methods, which make corrective actions after a control deviation appears, Model Predictive Control predicts and controls in advance using the behavior model, making it less prone to hunting and allowing for stable control.
