The cooling and humidifying device "Cool Mist Line" allows workers to feel a temperature of 26-27°C in an environment of 40°C, keeping workers, the workspace, and products dry and cool. It uses 99% air-based mist, mixing 7cc of water per minute for evaporative cooling (it won't rust!). Each unit can cool an area from one tatami mat to 2 square meters, with a water usage of about 4 liters per day (for cooling). The air consumption is 28 liters per minute, so we recommend considering the capacity of the compressor (approximately 14 units can be used with a 5-horsepower compressor). During dry periods, it can be used for humidification and static electricity prevention by adjusting the water and air flow from the top of the unit. The maximum humidification water amount is 2.4 liters per hour per unit. It is also used for explosion prevention and dust control.

At Okuyama Manufacturing, we design, manufacture, and sell "Mobile Coolers" that utilize well water. *Images of the actual product are available. 【Features of the Mobile Cooler】 ● The mobile cooler is a floor-standing type and is portable. ● It supplies cool air equivalent to 25 kW using well water at 15°C for extremely hot work environments. ● When using well water, the electricity cost is 1/8 to 1/10 compared to air conditioning (including the electricity cost of the water pump). Additionally, if factory chilled water can be utilized, it can achieve a cooling capacity of up to 50 kW (varies with chilled water temperature). ● We deliver peace of mind and reliability with a fully domestic product developed in collaboration with a Japanese heat exchanger manufacturer. ● The main body of the mobile cooler is made entirely of stainless steel 304 (excluding the blower and heat exchanger).
