Introducing a case of "constructing" one of Japan's largest metaverse towns. Please download the materials.
We would like to introduce a case where Shoei Sangyo Co., Ltd., which develops residential and housing-related businesses, has implemented 'shapespark'.
The company has seen a gradual recovery in customer footfall compared to before the COVID-19 pandemic, but the number of visitors to model homes has decreased by about 20-30%.
They considered how to reduce expenses related to location fees and maintenance costs for model homes, respond to changes in the era and shifts in their main target audience due to COVID-19, and effectively promote Shoei Sangyo's multiple businesses.
As a result, they concluded that utilizing the metaverse would allow for multifaceted expression and enable them to convey their vision of "wanting to make the Toyama region enjoyable" more clearly, leading to the "construction" of one of Japan's largest metaverse towns.
[Reactions to the Metaverse Town: Voices from Within the Company]
■ The expression of textures in flat materials, such as cross-sections, was realistic and moving.
■ The quality of lighting and visuals is extremely high.
■ We are now able to propose visuals ahead of schedule.
