[Case Study of Hot Adhesive Film] Automotive Parts

From "painting" to "sticking with film"! Introducing case studies of heat-adhesive film!

We would like to introduce examples of the introduction of our heat-adhesive film "Fixelon(R)" in automotive parts. In the flat surface shutter of the center console, bonding between CFRP and resin is possible, and in the decorative parts of the steering wheel, bonding between wood and resin can be achieved. Please feel free to contact us if you have any inquiries. 【Examples of Automotive Parts Achievements】 ■ Center Console [Flat Surface Shutter] ・CFRP/Fixelon(R)/Resin ■ Decorative Parts of Steering Wheel ・Wood/Fixelon(R)/Resin *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Water-soluble sheet for new process - Two-layer film 'SO Sheet'

PVA and PET are layered! Applications as a "water-soluble" process sheet are expected.

The "SO Sheet" is a film made by layering PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) and PET (polyethylene terephthalate). It can be utilized as a transfer substrate for functional patterns (resist, metal, functional resins, etc.) created through various printing and coating processes on the PVA layer. By combining with PET, the dimensional stability is enhanced compared to a standalone PVA film, making it possible to maintain the shape of fine structures that were previously difficult to achieve. Applications as a "water-soluble" process sheet are expected in areas such as three-dimensional lithography, removal of sacrificial layers and self-supporting films, and temporary protection within processes. 【Features】 ■ Can be used as a support for functional patterns and printed patterns, as well as a carrier film. ■ Capable of maintaining the shape of fine structures. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Example of SO sheet process: Adhering the coated material to the substrate.

Functional patterns and thin films created by coatings, etc., can be transferred to three-dimensional substrates!

We would like to introduce an example of the process for the PET/PVA two-layer film "SO Sheet." Functional patterns and thin films created through various printing and coating methods can be transferred to three-dimensional substrates. After processes such as "peeling PET → adhering to the substrate" or "adhering to the substrate → peeling PET," we proceed to the PVA hydrolysis process. [Overview] <Adhering the coated material to the substrate> ■ Peel PET → adhere to the substrate → proceed to PVA hydrolysis ■ Adhere to the substrate → peel PET → proceed to PVA hydrolysis *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
