Even with a resin material, it has passed wear resistance tests with continuous spraying for over 1,000 hours at an air pressure of 300 kPa!

The "Miracle Fog MINI MF008C" is a unique nozzle made of molded resin that shares both internal and external mixing principles. It achieves a stable spray pattern without disturbances or droplets over a wide range of air pressures from 30 kPa to 500 kPa. It can easily spray low-viscosity liquids. In particular, even at the minimum air pressure of 30 kPa, the average particle diameter is 22 μm, and at 300 kPa, it is below 10 μm. (At an air pressure of 300 kPa and a suction height of 500 mm, the average particle diameter is 7 μm.) Although it is a 1-gram resin nozzle, it maintains an almost perfect dimensional accuracy of 1/1000mm in areas related to spray performance for molded resin nozzles. This nozzle, which has been developed over more than 10 years of research to achieve record-breaking fine atomization using a siphon-type air spray mechanism, has achieved a minimum average particle diameter of 2.76μm.
