At Daiko, we conduct test processing using one of Japan's largest water jets (processing range 4000W x 5800L). Various industrial products such as gaskets and packing (non-asbestos joint sheets, rubber, sponge, and resin) can be processed. "Features of Water Jet" 1. No thermal impact... Since tools like blades and drills do not touch the material, there is no heat generation. 2. Processing range... The processing range of 4000W x 5800L is one of the largest in the country. 3. We utilize various processing machines, including one of Japan's largest water jets (high-pressure cutting machines), plotters, and press processing, to propose products to our customers. There are 5 items, totaling 180 sheets processed. We used a plotter for processing, and we were able to cut the fibers of the insulation material cleanly. [Water Jet Processing Example] 5t L-Shaped Processing

Direct processing from CAD data allows for the flexible realization of complex gasket shapes!

We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a U-shaped gasket measuring 180mm x 220mm from a 5mm thick neoprene rubber sheet based on the customer's CAD data. The processing involved creating seven holes with a diameter of 16mm. Using our water jet cutting machine, we precisely cut the material with a high-pressure water stream.
