Our company has been processing and selling gaskets, packing, and industrial products for over 45 years. We utilize various processing machines, including one of Japan's largest water jets (high-pressure cutting machines), plotters, and press processing, to propose products to our customers. There are 5 items, totaling 180 sheets processed. We used a plotter for processing, and we were able to cut the fibers of the insulation material cleanly. Excellent chemical resistance! A heat-resistant gasket that can be safely used at temperatures above 700°C.

At a certain research facility, the "NBS valve" has been adopted for high-temperature gas piping. We have also received a request for the production of a "heat-resistant flange gasket" that can be used at fluid temperatures of 650°C. Additionally, we proposed the "Thermiculite gasket," which excels in chemical resistance and heat resistance. As a result, concerns regarding heat resistance and oxidation were alleviated, given the numerous adoption records in chemical plants and other applications. Achieving precise half-cutting of the round cords is challenging, but we finished the processing with a tolerance of about 0.1 using a slitter.

The width of 7mm is narrow compared to the 5mm material thickness, making the processing difficulty higher. We first cut at 70W and then produced 10 pieces of 7W x 10. We also performed winding simultaneously and finished with a lap wrap.
