We support die-cutting processing in the shape of gaskets using MF-50 filter material. By adopting die-cutting processing, we can efficiently produce the same shape, making it suitable for mass production projects. This time, by processing into a gasket shape, it becomes easier to incorporate into equipment and devices. The width cutting with a vertical cutter is a processing method that emphasizes productivity. Therefore, even if you request a width of 300mm, we may suggest cutting at around 330mm to allow for some margin.
