As a choice of gasket material, considering the balance of hygiene, strength against door opening and closing in high-temperature environments, and cost, silicone rubber emerges as the most viable option. However, steam-resistant materials have poor heat resistance above 200°C, making practical use in steam convection ovens unfeasible. This time, through thorough selection and examination of base materials and additives, we have been able to create a unique practical material (GE5092). ■ Main Features - Excellent steam resistance and heat resistance. - Since the adhesive and corner parts are made of the same material as the straight parts, they have the same performance. - By adopting an injection joint method, only the corner parts can be reshaped.
