Excellent chemical resistance! A heat-resistant gasket that can be safely used at temperatures above 700°C.

At a certain research facility, the "NBS valve" has been adopted for high-temperature gas piping. We have also received a request for the production of a "heat-resistant flange gasket" that can be used at fluid temperatures of 650°C. Additionally, we proposed the "Thermiculite gasket," which excels in chemical resistance and heat resistance. As a result, concerns regarding heat resistance and oxidation were alleviated, given the numerous adoption records in chemical plants and other applications. [Case Study on Production Equipment] Gasket Replacement Work

In a case at a pharmaceutical company, a filter-integrated gasket incorporated into a rubber-lined tank was damaged, causing expensive resin material to leak outside the tank, which required urgent response. Considering the dissatisfaction with the airtightness, we proposed a review of the structure and a redesign for production. As a result, we were able to complete the replacement work for the affected tower in about a month after the consultation. Not only did we shorten the delivery time, but our safety management system for the construction was also appreciated, leading to the request for the replacement work of all remaining towers.
