"Thermiculite#866" is a sheet-like gasket primarily made of vermiculite, treated with special chemical agents and molded with an inorganic binder, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1000°C. Since its composition consists entirely of inorganic materials, it does not generate reducing gases like glass seals.
