Resin-bonded glass "Hercules"

High-performance laminated glass made with new energy-saving manufacturing technology, unlike anything seen before.

The resin laminated glass "Hercules" is a high-performance resin laminated glass manufactured using a new energy-saving production technology. The technology of Hercules involves injecting a specially developed liquid resin (such as polyurethane, polyester, or acrylic) between the layers of glass, which generates an intermediate film through a chemical reaction at room temperature, thus producing laminated glass. It is expected to have a greater CO2 reduction effect compared to laminated glass that typically uses PBV (polyvinyl butyral) film. For more details, please download the catalog.

Security Glass "Hercules 5"

It is a high-security product with a CP mark made of the strongest resin laminated glass.

The security glass "Hercules 5" is the strongest anti-burglary laminated glass ever made. It uses a urethane-based resin, HERCULES RESIN MI-41, for the interlayer. It is equivalent to glass that has passed the Australian Standard 2343:1997 Bomb Blast - Hand Grenade HE High Explosive HG85 test. As a "shield against blast waves," it prevents damage from shock waves caused by explosions and protects against countless fragments generated by explosives. This blast-proof test involves detonating a hand grenade HG85 at ground level, 1 meter away from the glass, and then detonating another HG85 1 foot away to test whether the glass can withstand penetration, demonstrating its high blast resistance. Architectural Laminated Glass "Hercules A"

Using the "Hercules acrylic resin" developed from new technology as an interlayer.

The architectural laminated glass "Hercules A" uses "Hercules acrylic resin," which is derived from new technology for its interlayer. It is a new type of laminated glass that can produce eco-glass with high weather resistance and significant energy-saving effects. In a weather resistance performance test, conducted for 3000 hours using the Suga testing machine and Sunshine Weather Meter (repeated ultraviolet irradiation and warm water spraying), it recorded a measurement value of -E (color difference) of 1.2%, indicating that it is a highly weather-resistant laminated glass. Architectural Glass "Hercules A"

This is a resin laminated glass for construction created from new technology.

The architectural glass "Hercules A" is a laminated glass made from new technology. It uses an acrylic resin developed specifically for glass in its interlayer. As a new type of architectural glass, it possesses excellent characteristics not found in conventional laminated glass. Compared to standard film-laminated glass, it has higher transparency and cuts over 99% of ultraviolet rays, preventing discoloration and deterioration of indoor furnishings. The color variations are theoretically infinite, allowing for the realization of a wide range of colors desired by architectural designers. For more details, please download the catalog.
