Fever slide glass
It is a slide glass that generates heat by itself.
A transparent conductive film was deposited on the slide glass. When electricity is applied, the slide glass heats up. This allows for easy observation and sampling of temperature-dependent samples. Since it is transparent, optical evaluations (such as laser wavelength analysis and spectroscopic analysis) can be conducted while heating.
