Our sapphire ingots are produced in our own factory in China, and we also source them from partner factories, primarily using the Kilopros method.
CZ method/FZ method, we can provide single crystal silicon ingots up to a maximum diameter of Φ600mm!
In the semiconductor industry, we offer small-diameter silicon ingots such as 2”, 4”, and 6”, as well as large-diameter silicon ingots like Φ8”, Φ12”, Φ400mm, Φ500mm, and Φ600mm at the industry's lowest prices. Fine adjustments to the diameter sizes are also possible, for example, Φ310mm, Φ380mm, Φ420mm, Φ460mm, Φ530mm, and Φ580mm. We can accommodate order quantities from one piece to mass production.
