Wire Bonding Inspection "Wire Inspection Pro"

Ideal for re-inspection of lot-out products and finish confirmation for each manufacturing lot!

"Wire Inspection Pro" is a technology that inspects the wire shapes inside IC chips using X-ray imaging and automatically determines defects such as wire bonding disconnections, shorts, and bends. By utilizing this technology, it is possible to automate the inspection of defects occurring inside ICs. Custom software can be developed based on the inspection object and inspection specifications. 【Features】 ■ By linking the developed wire inspection software with the X-ray inspection software (BSFM), automatic inspection of internal IC images is achieved. ■ Custom software can be developed based on the inspection object and inspection specifications. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Quality Control of Gasoline Using Near Infrared Analysis (NIR) [Technical Document]

Measure research octane number, motor octane number, anti-knock index, aromatic content, and density all at once with a near-infrared analyzer!

【Near Infrared Analyzer Technical Data 15 Petroleum Gasoline Fuel】 The measurement of key quality parameters of gasoline, including Research Octane Number (RON, ASTM D2699-19), Motor Octane Number (MON, ASTM D2700-19), Anti-Knock Index (AKI), aromatic content (ASTM D5769-15), and density, required several different analytical methods, which were labor-intensive and required skilled technicians. This application note demonstrates a cost-effective analytical method for analyzing multiple parameters of gasoline simultaneously using the XDS RapidLiquid Analyzer, which measures in the visible-near infrared region (Vis-NIR).

Technical Data: Quality Control of Pyrolysis Gasoline Using Near-Infrared Analysis.

With a near-infrared analyzer, the diene value (anhydrous maleic acid value) of pyrolysis gasoline (pygas) can be measured in under one minute!

Near-Infrared Analyzer Technical Data 16 Petroleum Gasoline Fuel Pyrolysis Gasoline Pyrolysis gasoline (Pygas) is a byproduct of ethylene production and is unsuitable as motor fuel due to the presence of unwanted conjugated diolefins. To eliminate this drawback, it is necessary to reduce the olefin content to below 2 mg/g using a Selective Hydrogenation Unit (SHU). The diene value (or Maleic Anhydride Value (MAV)) is typically determined by wet chemical analysis through the Diels-Alder reaction (UOP326-17). This wet chemical analysis method requires trained analysts to perform it over several hours. Near-Infrared Spectroscopy (NIRS) contrasts with this chemical analysis method and can be applied as a cost-effective, rapid analytical technique for determining the diene value in pyrolysis gasoline.

Verification of labeling accuracy and assurance of quality! 'DNA identification test for shrimp species'

DNA testing for over 40 species of shrimp, including "Kuruma shrimp" and "Shiba shrimp," from domestic and overseas fishing grounds is possible! This can be used for product value appeal and risk management.

In frozen and processed foods, specifying the type of "shrimp" is an important factor in appealing to product value. However, on the other hand, it also carries risks such as errors in ingredient labeling and violations of labeling regulations. Our company conducts DNA identification testing for over 40 species of shrimp. ≪Features of Vision Bio's DNA Testing≫ Point 1: Identification of 46,000 animal species, including seafood! In addition to various seafood, including squid, we also support the identification of various plants and animals. We can meet diverse needs, and we have received positive feedback that "in the event of a discrepancy with the label, knowing the species name facilitates investigation and countermeasures." Point 2: Proven track record of DNA testing specialized for food Since the start of rice variety identification testing (DNA analysis) in 2003, we have conducted tests based on 20 years of accumulated experience in DNA testing. We cater not only to raw seafood but also to cooked processed products.
