About masking in metal deposition such as aluminum [Explanation materials available].

Consideration based on customer specifications! Introduction based on selection and characteristics of electroformed masks, sheet metal masks, and resin masks.

This document introduces three types of masking methods used in metal vapor deposition. It covers "sheet metal masks," which are primarily made of stainless steel, as well as "electroformed masks" and "resin masks," which can accommodate warping or deformation in the product itself. We hope to provide useful information based on selection and characteristics. Please take a moment to read through it. Hold on a second with that method! It might lead to increased productivity with a deposition mask!

Let's reconsider the manual tasks that have become commonplace and improve production efficiency by utilizing resin masks and jigs.

Sankyo Kiko Co., Ltd. has been focusing on the production of molds for automotive parts, as well as putting effort into the creation of jigs such as resin masks for vapor deposition. We have produced over 200 types of masks for vapor deposition so far. We aim to contribute to the efficiency of the current manufacturing process by utilizing jigs and masks for tasks that have been performed manually for many years. While there are no issues such as "automation and labor-saving are necessary, but we can manufacture without problems by hand" or "it takes effort to paint, but we manage," there has been no review of the same manufacturing method for many years. Due to a shortage of labor, we want to improve production efficiency but cannot come up with good ideas. Please consult with us first. We will respond to your inquiries about efficiency improvements by utilizing vapor deposition masks and jigs. Recently, we have been collaborating with sheet metal and air equipment, among other challenges. By retaining only the truly necessary functions, we aim to reduce costs and improve productivity through our manufacturing methods. We will make proposals considering various conditions such as cost reduction, productivity improvement, and manufacturing space while responding to customer requests.
