Halftone Mask "CST Halftone Series"
In response to requests from many customers, we have handled a quantity of up to 2,300 pieces.
The currently used halftone masks are created by forming a halftone film on a substrate that has already been masked, and then further patterning it. Types where the halftone film exists above the Cr film are called top-type halftone masks. The CST halftone film has been used in actual processes as a top-type halftone film since 2002.
