CST Corporation is a mask blanks manufacturer.
In April 1977, we started as the first domestic manufacturer specializing in mask blanks. From our initial focus on semiconductor mask blanks, we have expanded our business to include FPD mask blanks and halftone films, staying ahead of the times. In response to customer requests for quality improvement, we have developed new blanks compatible with high-resolution masks. Moving forward, we will continue to strive for further quality enhancement and the development of new products that meet customer needs, with all employees working together to ensure satisfaction. Additionally, as a good corporate citizen, we will fulfill our social responsibility as a member of the local and international community towards the creation of a sustainable society.
