Henkel LOCTITE 3D 3843 BK, produced with the Lumia X1, is a high-strength engineering plastic that features moderate heat resistance (HDT 60°C) and high impact strength, with excellent surface finish. It is manufactured using cutting-edge 3D printing technology that combines multiple patented techniques known as HPS molding. Henkel LOCTITE 3D 3843 BK is suitable for tapping and drilling, making it ideal for various tools in production environments. It has undergone chemical resistance testing in accordance with ASTM D543*, demonstrating excellent chemical resistance. Additionally, outdoor accelerated weathering tests have been conducted in accordance with ASTM D4329* (Cycle A). When used in final products, it is recommended to conduct outdoor testing specific to the intended application.
