"Needle felt" has a porous and three-dimensional structure. Due to its porosity, it allows for high flow rates, and on the surface of the filter material, coarse particles are separated through surface filtration, while fine particles are captured within the filter material, enabling deep filtration and resulting in a high solid collection capacity. If a higher collection efficiency is required, the use of more precise needle felt is recommended. High-quality needle felt does not risk contamination of the filtrate with individual fibers due to a special surface heat treatment. Please note that this needle felt cannot be reused after washing. The middle layer is a meltblown non-woven fabric made of polypropylene microfibers with approximately 90% high void ratio. It enables high-precision filtration with a very high collection efficiency (90-98%), and enhances solid collection capacity for deep filtration.
