Filter bag material that can separate solid particles in a state that is infinitely close to absolute filtration accuracy.
Surface filtration is performed on the surface of woven structure filter media, where solids are separated and captured. The material of the "Monofilament Mesh (NMO Series)" has undergone a heat fusion treatment at the fiber intersection to prevent the opening of the mesh during filtration, allowing for the separation of solid particles with an accuracy close to absolute filtration precision. Additionally, the monofilament mesh does not allow fibers to fall out and contaminate the filtrate. Depending on the material, the filtration precision ranges widely from a nominal 15 to 800 microns.
