The loop flow microbubble generation nozzle has been patented!

The Loop Flow Microbubble Generation Nozzle, application number 2008-034846, was granted a patent on May 15, 2012, and the patent registration process was completed on the 21st, resulting in the acquisition of the patent. We were considering a "divisional application," but concluded that it was unnecessary, and completed the patent registration process on the 21st. It took four years from the application. No one had created a similar microbubble generation nozzle. Neither patent searches nor internet searches revealed any designs that maximized the characteristics of loop flow. In August of this year, I will present on "Characteristics and Application Examples of the Loop Flow Microbubble Generation Nozzle" at a conference of the Japan Society of Multiphase Flow at the University of Tokyo, Kashiwa Campus. As a measure against the clams in Lake Shinji, we would like to introduce an application example using the "100L・500L/min OK nozzle." After fishing, we took turns with fellow fishermen to aerate the lake bottom for two hours every day using a jet sprayer to inject fine bubbles. It is believed that the collaboration of fine bubbles and the jet sprayer has been effective.
