Additionally, due to strict temperature control, issues such as hardness reduction do not occur, resulting in safe and high-quality cleaning outcomes. Our company has introduced a high-performance fluidized bed cleaning furnace in-house to begin maintenance of Herzog's shut-off nozzles and to meet the cleaning needs for spinnerets and breaker plates. We recommend that you request cleaning from us as soon as possible before the resin carbonizes. If done before carbonization, it can be easily removed, as shown in the attached photo, allowing for extremely high-level cleaning.
