In recent years, there has been a growing awareness in society regarding VOC reduction and odor control, leading to increased interest in water-based solutions in the heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating field. Against this backdrop, we have developed the "DNT Water-Based Heavy-Duty Anti-Corrosion System." Stainless steel is an alloy mixed with chromium and nickel, and it is a corrosion-resistant metal due to its strong oxide film (passivation film) on the surface. However, when the above conditions overlap, cracks can occur, leading to fractures. "SCC Shut" was developed as a countermeasure against stress corrosion cracking in stainless steel. By applying SCC Shut, chloride ions on the surface of stainless steel are removed, suppressing stress corrosion cracking and allowing for longer maintenance of equipment.
