Burn Boy

Insulation paint that prevents burns, utilizing insulation technology from the rocket tip and incorporating "micro ceramic balloons" to minimize heat conduction to the extreme.

"Burn Prevention BOY" is an insulation paint specifically designed to prevent burns, utilizing insulation technology that protects the tip of a rocket. This paint contains over 60% ceramic particles of various sizes ranging from 40μ to 10μ, all of which are hollow-structured "micro-ceramic balloons." As a result, the painted and dried surface of this product is covered mostly by ceramics with poor thermal conductivity, which further forms a layer of air that is difficult for heat to pass through, achieving a very high insulation effect that helps prevent burns. For example, even if a steel plate is heated to 100 degrees, if this paint is applied to the opposite side of the heat source, it can be touched with bare hands. New type of paint naAno excels in insulation, condensation prevention, and heat shielding.

A hybrid formulation of hollow ceramic balloons and porous silica, two low thermal conductivity materials. A new type of paint that excels in insulation, condensation prevention, and heat shielding functions.

The hollow ceramic balloon, used as thermal insulation and heat shielding material at the tip of space rockets, has a low thermal conductivity of 0.06 kW/mK and is a completely inorganic material that does not change even when mixed with paint. Additionally, porous silica boasts an even more astonishing low thermal conductivity of 0.012 kW/mK. The new type of paint, "naAno," is a hybrid formulation that balances these two materials. It comes in three types: insulation (for indoor use), condensation prevention, and heat shielding (for roofs and exterior walls), each developed with special performance to pinpointedly solve problems in their respective applications. Different types can also be layered, allowing for enhanced effects through combinations. Outdoor unit exclusive heat-insulating paint "Shasha"

Hollow ceramic balloons and special reflective pigments suppress the rise in internal temperature of air conditioning outdoor units. They stabilize the operating environment of the air conditioner and contribute to energy savings.

The internal temperature of air conditioning outdoor units can exceed 60 degrees Celsius under direct sunlight in summer. This poses a significant burden on the operation of the outdoor unit, leading to increased electricity costs and shortening the lifespan of the air conditioner. To mitigate the rise in internal temperature of the indoor unit and create an environment where the air conditioner can be used stably, a special heat-resistant paint for outdoor units called "Shasha," which combines hollow ceramic balloons and special reflective pigments, has been developed. The hollow ceramic balloons have an extremely low thermal conductivity of 0.06 W/mK and are a completely inorganic material that can be mixed with paint. Additionally, the special reflective pigments are resistant to dirt accumulation on the reflective surface and can maintain high reflective efficiency for extended periods. By utilizing the capabilities of these two types of blended components, this product ensures a more reliable temperature rise suppression effect.
