It is a general term for FWP pipes that possess various characteristics due to our unique technology and is one of our trademarks. FWP has excellent mechanical strength, electrical properties, and chemical resistance, making it useful in a wide range of fields, including industrial materials, electrical insulation materials, leisure products, and pressure vessels. Its major feature is being "light and strong," and we look forward to your inquiries as a substitute for metal products. 【Filament Winding】 Several to dozens of glass (carbon) rovings are aligned and continuously wound at a specified angle onto a rotating mandrel (core) while being impregnated with resin, and then demolded after curing. Mass production is possible, and high mechanical strength is achieved through continuous fibers. We own six filament winding machines, and the mandrels can accommodate various sizes ranging from Φ5mm to Φ500mm. We can process pipes according to customer requirements and also carry out assembly work with metal parts.
