By adopting bulge processing, we have achieved an R of less than 1D!

Our company is capable of manufacturing using tube hydroforming (bulge processing) as the core method, along with a dozen other processing techniques. Here, we introduce a processing example of "in-out pipes for oil coolers." To store a multi-stage oil cooler in a confined space, there was a need for extremely small radius bends. This was achieved through bending and bulge processing, allowing installation in the engine compartment.
