This product is a shim component used in the assembly process of hydraulic generators. The material is SPCC (cold-rolled steel sheet), and the size is 2×40×50. There are various materials and shapes available, and it is necessary to select them considering workability and usage environment. The shim processed this time was requested by the customer to prioritize sliding properties, and we proposed a solid lubrication treatment (Paryube treatment) with good wear resistance.
