Tongue-type (pull-tab) plug P series
We designed a pull tab for the standard tapered plug cap. Removing the plug has become significantly easier. While it is based on NPT sizes, we also have options available for PT sizes. ● Size varieties: From PT 1/8 to PT 2”, a total of 12 types ● Some items are available for immediate delivery from stock in Japan. ● Color is blue, and the material is LDPE.
Plug-in Plug SR1011 Series
It is designed to be inserted with one push into screw holes of specific sizes. The shape is slightly thicker rather than tapered, so there is some resistance during insertion, but it offers better sealing than tapered plugs. It is based on metric screws. There is a wide range of hole diameters available. ● There are 25 types of sizes, with hole diameters ranging from 6.6 to 33.0. ● Most are available for immediate delivery from stock in Japan. ● The color is milky white, and the material is LDPE.

EPDM plug
It has excellent chemical resistance. Although it is not as good as silicone, it can also withstand high temperatures and can be reused for masking and finishing. - Ideal for painting and coating. - The V-shaped design allows one plug to fit several types of ports. - Sizes that are usually hard to obtain are also available.
It's easy to enter because it's a hollow type! Effective for cost reduction!
The hollow part has elasticity and fits diameters that conventional ones of the same size could not accommodate. Additionally, since the material does not cover the hollow section, the price is lower than that of conventional plugs.
Handle-equipped plug
This is a plug with a handle attached to a tapered silicone shape. It is a product that offers good workability for attachment and detachment. The shape is specially designed for powder coating and "E" coating finishing systems, allowing it to be safely used at extremely high temperatures of up to 232°C. ● It is reusable. The number of uses varies depending on the temperature of use. ● It is color-coded by size, making it easy to distinguish. ● It does not harden or crack.
