The P series with pull-out tabs, the Y series with tear tabs, and pipe inserts are all standard products, but we offer a wide variety of shapes and sizes. Their lightweight nature is the biggest feature, making them particularly advantageous for large products and contributing to reduced transportation costs. ● In addition to the conventional tapered plugs, we have significantly expanded our product lineup. Although polyethylene products lack elasticity, we have prepared various shapes to ensure adequate compatibility.
Silicone Pull Plug SPP Series
The pull tab designed with a diameter smaller than the masking diameter makes attachment and detachment easy. While the main plug designed with a diameter larger than the masking diameter is compressed, sufficient sealing can be achieved.
Washer Plug WP Series
Having two types of plugs in one allows for a reduction in material and transportation costs.
Screw-type plug FP series
It is compatible with UNF and UNJ screws for aerospace and other equipment. The outer side of the plug is also threaded, allowing for a tight seal. The knob on the top of the plug is designed for easy gripping. ● Size types: 11 types from 5/16-24 SAE to 1-5/16-12 SAE ● Color is red, material is LDPE.

Originally designed for connector covers of consumer electronics, it is widely used for general purposes due to the ease of pulling out the flange part (the lip on the back of the opening).
Corn cap plug
Compatible sizes φ3.8 to φ14.8 The shape is a simple cone. One plug accommodates a wide range of sizes. Color-coded for each hollow processing size to flexibly adapt to hole sizes.

Plug-in Plug I Series
It is designed to be inserted with one push into screw holes of specific sizes. It is easier than screw plugs but provides sufficient sealing. It is based on inch screws, but we also have options that can be applied to M screw sizes. ● Size types: 13 types from M6, 1/4 inch to M27, 1-1/16 inch ● Color is yellow, material is LDPE.

The hollow part provides elasticity and fits diameters that conventional plugs of the same size could not accommodate. Additionally, because the material does not cover the hollow section, the price is lower than that of conventional plugs.
Pull Ring Plug PR Series (Plug for NPT)
This type has a ring on the outer circumference of the standard tapered plug cap, making it significantly easier to remove the plug. It is available based on NPT sizes. - Size range: from NPT 1/8 to NPT 2” - Some items available for immediate delivery from Japanese stock - Color: blue - Material: LDPE

PT Screw J-SR Plug Series
- The sizes range from PT1/8 to PT1 inch. - The material is flexible and stretchable PVC, which is expected to improve work efficiency compared to harder materials like polyethylene. It can be used outdoors without cracking, allowing for long-term use. - The 360-degree pull tab enhances ease of attachment and detachment.
Silicone plug
The tapered shape is designed to fit multiple ports with one size. It features a specially designed shape for powder coating and "E" coating finishing systems, allowing for safe use at extremely high temperatures of up to 232°C. ● It is reusable. The number of uses varies depending on the temperature of use. ● There is no bleeding of coloring agents at high temperatures. ● It does not harden or crack.
