Proposed as an additive for surface coatings of plastics and metals to improve slip properties, durability, and for matte finishes. Excellent dispersibility allows for use in both solvent-based and water-based systems!

The additives used in plastic and metal paints are employed for modifying coating films (improving slip properties, scratch resistance, and durability), enhancing texture (glossy or matte finishes), and altering tactile properties. This product can lower the friction coefficient of the paint film surface and improve the durability of the film when added to the paint. Additionally, it allows for matte finishes and tactile modifications. It is adopted in various substrates such as urethane-based, acrylic-based, and epoxy-based materials, and can be used not only in solvent-based paints but also in water-based paints with just a small amount of dispersant. Powder coating can also be selected as a painting method. Conventional ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) has a large particle size of over 100μ, making it unsuitable for use as an additive.
