Natural red pigment derived from grape skin, anthocyanin-based natural coloring powder.
60,000 mu cultivation base × International certification obtained. A natural anthocyanin pigment derived from grape skins that produces a stable red to purple color in acidic foods.
This product, "Grape Skin Red Color," is a natural anthocyanin-based food coloring extracted and refined from grape skins (Vitis vinifera L.). Its main components are flower color glycosides such as delphinidin and pelargonidin, and it is provided as a dark purple powder. It easily dissolves in aqueous and ethanol solutions and shows stable coloration under acidic conditions. Under neutral conditions, it appears blue, while under alkaline conditions, it appears green, with color variations depending on pH. We own contract cultivation bases equivalent to approximately 60,000 mu, ensuring no pesticide use, contamination management, and thorough variety selection. This allows us to stably supply high-quality grape skins from the raw material stage. Manufacturing complies with international standards, and our quality control system has a track record of adoption in OEM/ODM projects for domestic and international beverage manufacturers, jam and jelly producers, and confectionery manufacturers. This product is a naturally derived anthocyanin pigment, making it ideal for coloring acidic beverages, fruit juice products, jams, jellies, and wines. It can also be used as a substitute for synthetic colorants and is an excellent natural pigment for developing clean label and organic products.
