We have responded to the requirements! We designed it by combining standard products to achieve cost optimization!

We were using a custom power supply, but we received a request to use general-purpose DC/DC converters and AC/DC switching power supplies to aim for cost reduction and shorter development lead times in the production of power supplies. In this case, by using general-purpose AC/DC power supplies and DC/DC converters, we were able to meet the required specifications. Therefore, we designed a combination of off-the-shelf components to achieve cost optimization. DC/AC sine wave inverter power supply

It is possible to supply with one unit! We have contributed to reducing the overall system costs.

This is a case study of an inverter power supply for driving power protection devices within a railway substation (converting DC input for railway substations to AC). Previously, small inverters were installed one by one for each protection device using a pseudo-sine wave. Through operational adjustments on the system side, it became possible to supply power with a single unit, contributing to overall cost reduction for the system. Additionally, at the customer's request, we provided a sine wave output, enhancing added value. This is an example of a DC stabilized power supply for elevator monitoring devices and a signal transmission device with communication conversion functions.
