We handle "food-derived allergen proteins" from Indoor Biotechnologies. These proteins are purified using either affinity chromatography, HPLC, or both, and their identity and amino acid composition are confirmed by InBioMS (mass spectrometry) and amino acid analysis. Additionally, their immunoreactivity is validated using monoclonal antibodies, and the purified allergens are also verified with IgE antibodies.
