LoRa Radio Analog Single Point Model HLR-A1

A LoRa wireless device that can transmit over a distance of 5 km! Recommended model for cases where measurement points with one analog input are distributed.

The LoRa radio device HLR-A1, which is an analog single-point model, can input one analog signal and transmit data to an IoT gateway via LoRa wireless communication. Additionally, the HLR-A1 can be used in conjunction with the HLR-A1-OUT as a wireless transmission mode function. This feature allows the analog input signal from a single HLR-A1 to be transmitted simultaneously via LoRa wireless to multiple (up to 50) HLR-A1-OUT devices. The wireless communication utilizes LoRa, which is one of the wireless technologies for IoT. Therefore, it is possible to communicate up to a maximum line-of-sight distance of 5 km to the parent IoT gateway HLR-GW, allowing wireless connectivity in areas where traditional 920MHz band specific low-power wireless communication would have required a relay station. This has been well received by customers. * This device is used with LoRa Private.

The customer needed to take prompt action in the wastewater treatment area of the factory in case of abnormalities, but they were troubled by the fact that they could not notice abnormalities without going to the site, and it was difficult to identify the cause because they did not know the data trends when abnormalities occurred. Therefore, we proposed the "LoRa wireless device" and also included a relay that can perform one-stage relaying. The customer received instructions from the top to implement a decarbonization plan and expressed a desire to start by understanding the current situation, specifically by monitoring the power usage of four compressors that are likely to have high electricity consumption in the factory. However, the four compressors are scattered throughout the factory, making it difficult to accurately grasp the power consumption through regular inspections. The customer has introduced Keyence's clamp-on flow meters at their factory and conducts numerical checks twice a day during morning and afternoon inspections. The flow meters are located in four places far from the office, making it very cumbersome and inefficient to check them daily. They wanted to implement automatic data collection but were concerned about the high costs of wired installation. Therefore, we proposed the "LoRa wireless device." This eliminated the need for inspection visits to the four distant flow meters and also removed the need for wiring work between the site and the office, allowing for a cost-effective installation. Installed ultraviolet radiation intensity sensor

It measures the irradiance (W/m²), defined as the ratio of the radiation flux (W) incident on a surface to the unit area (m²), in the UVA / UVB / UVC spectral range. With the adoption of a new photodiode, it is insensitive to ? and infrared light. The outdoor installation type is the MC8P-PHOT3S series. ■mV signal output In the spectral regions of VIS-NIR, UVA, UVB, and UVC, it measures light and radiation amounts as illuminance (lux) or irradiance (W/m²). Additionally, it is capable of measuring the number of photons per unit time and unit area in the photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) wavelength range of 400–700 nm. The WPLP series does not require an external power supply.

Installed illuminance sensor / Model number WPLP-PHOT-01

We measure illuminance (lux), defined as the ratio of luminous flux (lumens) incident on a surface to the unit area (m²).

The spectral response curve of the light measurement probe approximates the human eye's response curve known as the standard photopic curve V(λ). The difference between the "WPLP-PHOT-01" in spectral response and the standard photopic curve V(λ) is calculated as the error f'1. Calibration of the probe is performed by comparing it with a photometer that has been calibrated by a primary metrology standard institution. The calibration procedure complies with CIE Document No. 69 (1987) "Method of Characterizing Illuminance Meters and Luminance Meters." Measurements are conducted by illuminating the probe with standard light A. The outdoor installation type is the MC8P-PHOT3S series.
