66 Nylon PA66 Industrial Resin

It is also called PA66 or polyamide 66. Nylon 66 is used quite widely as an industrial resin, from fibers to automobiles.

PA66 and 66N are synthetic fibers developed as alternatives to natural silk for the first time in the world. Compared to nylon 6, they demonstrate superior values in heat resistance and mechanical strength, making them the strongest resin in the polyamide category. They comply with food sanitation laws and, with glass-filled reinforced grades, improvements in mechanical strength and heat distortion temperature are expected.

NK Optimizer (Light-curing resin for nanoimprint)

Light-curing resin for nanoimprinting

NK Optimizer Series This is a photo-curable resin for nanoimprinting that applies the technology cultivated in the development and design of resist materials and optical materials. It is a photo-curable resin for nanoimprinting that can be used in sensing devices such as micro-lens arrays (MLA), diffractive optical elements (DOE), facial recognition devices, and mechless LiDAR, as well as AR/VR glasses. The "NL-S Series" offers high heat resistance and solder reflow grade. It provides materials that can be imprinted with a refractive index ranging from low (nD1.35) to high (nD1.93). The "NL-N Series" is a refractive index adjustment material for optical components. The "NL-R1020" is a dry etching resistant grade essential for fine processing, with a selectivity of 1.0 (Al2O3) and 0.6 (TiO2) demonstrated. Various customizations are available to meet customer requirements. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

LM Series

Index from 1.43 to 1.415! Complementing conventional high elasticity MY-145 and others.

We would like to introduce the "LM Series" that we handle. Our lineup includes "LM-136-EA" with an elastic modulus of 17 MPa, "LM-142-NI" with 28 MPa, and "LM-144" with 21 MPa. A low elastic modulus reduces stress during thermal cycles, making it advantageous for very high-power strippers. 【Specifications (partial)】 ■LM-136-EA ・Refractive index (589nm): 1.369 ・Refractive index (950nm): 1.363 ・Curing method: UV ・Adhesive strength (g/cm): 225 ・Viscosity (CPS): 1700 *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Resin, plastic materials long-term durability test (creep test)

Change the load stress (weight) and measure the time until failure for each!

The "Long-term Durability Test (Creep Test)" is an evaluation of the long-term durability of resin materials, assessing creep characteristics under tensile, bending, and compression modes. By varying the load stress (weight) and measuring the time until failure for each, it is also possible to predict the lifespan of the resin material by plotting these results. Creep failure refers to the phenomenon where a resin material experiences failure below its breaking strength when subjected to a load for an extended period. [Test Conditions] ■ Test Temperature: 23℃ to 200℃ ■ Test Load: 1 to 500 kg ■ Test Modes: Tensile, Bending, Compression ■ Number of Tests Possible: Up to n = 6 *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
