Phenolic resin for FRP 'MWF-2520LV'

Low odor / low formaldehyde type phenolic resin for FRP!

We offer a low-odor FRP phenolic resin, 'MWF-2520LV', which contains less than half the amount of formaldehyde compared to conventional products. This product can cure with a lower amount of curing agent compared to conventional products. Additionally, it is designed to reduce the amount of moisture generated during the curing reaction, resulting in high bending strength of FRP molded products. 【Features】 - Can cure with a lower amount of curing agent compared to conventional products - Designed to reduce the amount of moisture generated during the curing reaction - High bending strength of FRP molded products - Low viscosity and suppresses reaction moisture by 10% - Low odor due to formaldehyde content being half that of conventional products *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Halogen-free flame-retardant UP resin / Bromine-based reactive flame-retardant VE resin

A clear table displaying the characteristics of GRP Japan's flame-retardant resins! Available in can and drum types!

This report introduces "flame-retardant resins." There are flame-retardant unsaturated polyester resins that are halogen-free and environmentally friendly, yet possess a V-0 class flame retardancy according to UL94V standards, as well as brominated vinyl ester resins that achieve both high flame retardancy and corrosion resistance. We have clearly presented the characteristics in a table, so please take a moment to read through it. [Contents] ■ What are flame-retardant resins? ■ Types of flame-retardant resins ■ Grades and characteristics of flame-retardant resins ■ Examples of applications for flame-retardant FRP resins *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
