Ideal for semiconductor manufacturing! Introducing heat-resistant specifications of 'CFRP'.

Introducing "CFRP," which has heat resistance up to a maximum of 250℃ (for non-continuous use). There is also a low outgassing specification suitable for semiconductor-related applications.

In addition to the conventional room temperature specifications, we also offer a 250°C specification (non-continuous) to accommodate demanding processes. We can propose various grades according to the required heat resistance temperature. Furthermore, we have low outgassing specifications available for processes that require strict particle management, such as semiconductor manufacturing. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

High-performance epoxy compound "TEPIC"

High heat resistance, high light resistance, high elasticity epoxy compound.

TEPIC is a triad-based epoxy compound with a triazine skeleton. Compared to general-purpose epoxy resins, it excels in transparency, heat resistance, and light resistance, and has very unique characteristics such as high elasticity and high Tg. It has a wide range of applications, including LED peripheral materials and solder resist inks. Additionally, by adding a small amount of TEPIC to CFRP matrix resins, it is possible to improve compression properties, tensile properties, and interlaminar shear strength. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*

Recyclable thermosetting epoxy resin (for hydrogen tank applications)

It can also be applied to hydrogen tank applications expected to grow in the future! Its use in the composite materials field is anticipated.

"EzCiclo" is a recyclable thermosetting epoxy resin that enables the recovery of fibers and oligomer resins from thermosetting resin products, which have traditionally been difficult to recycle. "CleaVER" is a decomposition solution that breaks down and re-resources EzCiclo, allowing for the establishment of an efficient recycling system by combining the two. By simply replacing conventional epoxy resins with EzCiclo, products can become recyclable, thereby reducing environmental impact without the need for special equipment modifications. 【Features】 ■ Achieves recycling of CFRP as a decomposable thermosetting resin (both fibers and resins can be reused) ■ No need for special new equipment; simply change conventional resins to EzCiclo epoxy resin ■ Reduces CO2 emissions upon disposal ■ The decomposition process using CleaVER is an environmentally friendly method with minimal environmental impact, as it does not generate harmful gases (such as SOx, NOx, etc.) compared to incineration. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Carbon fiber reinforced compound resin | LUVOCOM XCF

Tensile strength up to 420 MPa and tensile modulus up to 50 GPa. Ultra-high strength injection molding plastic material.

LUVOCOM XCF is a special carbon fiber reinforced compound material known as "eXtra Carbon Fiber" developed by the German company Lehvoss. It achieves a tensile strength of up to 420 MPa and a tensile modulus of up to 50 GPa, exhibiting excellent impact strength, making it a very high-strength and high-rigidity thermoplastic resin material. It has low thermal expansion, resulting in excellent dimensional accuracy. Due to these characteristics, it can be widely used as a metal alternative or as a substitute for CFRP/GFRP, where high mechanical properties are required, and it is expected to provide weight reduction and cost-saving benefits. On the other hand, it is also possible to aim for further weight reduction by using it instead of glass short fiber or glass long fiber reinforced resins. The specific gravity of carbon fiber is about 1.8, which is lower than that of glass fiber at about 2.5, and the amount of fiber needed to achieve similar mechanical properties is less, allowing for a weight reduction of up to about 30% compared to using glass fiber reinforced resin. By using materials with a smaller amount of fiber, moldability improves, and design freedom increases.
