We manufactured a simple mold in-house. The tolerance of Φ16.24+0.05-0 is challenging, and the shaft measuring 390L×Φ6 falls into the category of being elongated. Here is an example of the production of a "male downward feeding roller." Due to the urethane rubber hardness of 55 degrees, we aimed for that hardness and carried out urethane rubber casting. Achieving a urethane rubber formulation that targets 55 degrees is quite challenging, but with our experience in liquid casting urethane rubber, we were able to precisely achieve the desired hardness of 55 degrees while considering the isocyanate of the urethane rubber raw materials. We have devised a way to suppress internal heat generation! It is made with an ether-based polyurethane rubber with a hardness of 80 degrees, which is good for sending!

We would like to introduce a case study of the production of the "Feeding Roller (Woodworking Edition)." We received a request for the replacement of a urethane rubber roller. We confirmed the hardness, shape, and appearance of the sample feeding roller through visual inspection, a durometer, and calipers, and then proceeded with the urethane rubber processing. The hardness of the urethane rubber was determined to be 80 degrees, which is suitable for feeding, and we made adjustments to minimize internal heat generation during roller friction. The protruding part of the metal fitting was designed to be on the bottom when creating the mold! This allowed for smooth grinding and polishing processes.

Here is a case study of the production of "Caster Roller." We found a jig that can handle nearly 20 pieces at once for shot blasting, allowing for a smooth execution of both shot blasting and adhesive processing.
