[Problem Solving] Eliminate the hassle of disassembly cleaning and reduce the risk of foreign matter contamination.

Integration of rubber and plastic! High-adhesion composite parts can be manufactured without using adhesives.

We introduce a case study that eliminates the hassle of disassembly cleaning and reduces the risk of foreign matter contamination due to detachment, using the rubber-plastic cross-linked composite material "Radicalock." Due to the poor adhesive properties of rubber, it is often fixed in place with fittings or screws. This can lead to dirt accumulating in the gaps between the rubber and the base, necessitating disassembly cleaning. However, during this process, parts may fall off and get lost, or foreign matter may be introduced. With our product, it is possible to manufacture composite parts where plastic and rubber are tightly bonded without any gaps. The absence of gaps and the elimination of the need for disassembly significantly enhance the safety and usability of the product. 【Features】 ■ Improved material properties ■ Safety ■ Increased efficiency in maintenance work ■ Improved manufacturing processes ■ Reduction in the number of parts ■ New manufacturing technology *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

【Connection Technology】Radicalock / AKI-Lock / DLAMP

Support for bonding rubber and different materials with a variety of techniques! Introduction of three types of dissimilar material bonding technologies!

Our company offers three types of adhesive technologies for different materials. "Radicalock" provides strong adhesion even on small surfaces. It creates a strong bond by forming cross-linking (chemical bonds) between the molecular chains at the interface of rubber and resin. In addition, we have "AKI-Lock," which can accommodate various resins and rubbers and allows for easy laser treatment of resin surfaces, and "DLAMP," which can work with a variety of metals. 【Three Types of Adhesive Technologies for Different Materials】 ■ No need for solvent degreasing: "Radicalock" ■ No worries about uneven application: "AKI-Lock" ■ Can bond difficult-to-adhere materials strongly: "DLAMP" *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Radicalock VB Latex

Specially formulated rubber latex that chemically bonds at Veil & Bake! New technology for rubber thin film/coating implementation on resin.

We would like to introduce our product, "Radicalock VB Latex." It is a specially formulated liquid rubber that covers the surface of resin (Veil) and simply requires heating (Bake). You can apply it only to the necessary areas by painting, or cover the entire surface by dipping, allowing for the implementation of a rubber coating at the micron level on resin parts. It is suitable for use when you want to add grip or tackiness to parts, or in areas where coating is difficult due to complex shapes. 【Manufacturing Process】 ■STEP 1: Apply VB Latex ■STEP 2: Heating triggers a chemical reaction ■STEP 3: The rubber coating is formed through chemical bonding *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Research and Development Case] Rubber × Resin Cross-linked Composite Material 'Rajikarokku'

Adopted by a major shoe manufacturer! Supporting rubber product development with extensive experience and specialized equipment!

We would like to introduce a research and development case of the rubber-resin cross-linked composite material 'Radicalock(R)', which was adopted for the development of the composite film for shoe soles "R-COMPO" handled by Daicel Evonik Co., Ltd. Rubber has excellent performance and functionality as a material for shoe soles, such as grip and abrasion resistance; however, a drawback of conventional technology is that rubber shoe soles tend to be heavy. To address this, we achieved a lightweight and high-performance rubber shoe sole by applying minimal rubber in a studded pattern on a thin and light resin film. The use of transparent resin has also increased the design freedom for shoe soles. In addition, we have other cases of independent research and development. [Research and Development Cases] ■ Inter-company collaborative development ■ Independent research and development *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Problem Solving] Lightweighting and Power Saving of Products Using Radial Lock

Lightweight rubber components and rationalization of component shapes! Using 'Radicalock(R)', we develop eco-friendly products with excellent maintainability.

We will introduce a case study on how the rubber-plastic cross-linked composite material "Radicalock" is utilized for product lightweighting and energy saving. Parts used for transportation and braking, such as rubber rollers and rubber stoppers, are often bonded to a metal base. However, there is a strong demand to use plastic instead, as metal is heavy and difficult to process into various shapes. With our product, it is possible to manufacture composite parts that firmly bond plastic and rubber. This significantly expands the design possibilities for rubber components. 【Features】 ■ Lightweight ■ Energy saving ■ Rationalization of part shapes ■ Improved maintenance efficiency ■ Reduction in the number of parts *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
