Stainless steel pipes and solid drawn materials are used. Special specification shafts (CFRP press-fit and PVC wrapped) can also be manufactured.
After manufacturing the SHAFT and ROLLER, or after assembling the SHAFT and ROLLER, we conduct an inspection process to provide high-quality products. There is an urgent need for the development of new concepts for shafts due to the increasing demands for larger and higher-resolution FPDs and cost reduction in manufacturing. We are producing shafts that are lighter, eliminate bending, and minimize runout.
