In plant piping design, we are planning while considering safety, economy, and other factors!
I want to contribute to improving operability and maintainability by being involved from the on-site sketch, confirming the surrounding environment, and designing with an eye on the usage situation after completion. Using 2D/3D CAD (AutoCAD), I create drawings with three-dimensional models, allowing for quick identification of interference points even in complex routes. I utilize the piping stress analysis system "Auto PIPE" to examine and design various piping systems, from high-temperature and high-pressure piping to cryogenic piping such as LNG. Additionally, by simultaneously planning and designing piping support details, walkways, platforms, and stairs around the piping, I assist customers with their plant and piping design.
