We would like to introduce a case where a design company and a construction company, who met for the first time, collaborated effectively using BIM in a complex public project.
This complicated site involved the renovation of an existing building and the expansion of a new school building, with a total of nine companies participating. Aruku Design Office and Ogawa Industry worked together, transcending differences in companies and positions, with one responsible for design and the other for construction.
By using a common BIM model, we achieved results that allowed for faster work and reduced costs.
