"MASCOT" is a software suite that supports wind power development, from wind condition forecasting at wind turbine installation sites to predicting wind farm power generation and evaluating design wind speeds. "MASCOT Version 1.0" is a version that combines MASCOT Energy (power generation prediction module) and MASCOT Basic (three-dimensional airflow analysis module). It is capable of creating wind power generation forecasts that take wake cross into account, as well as maps of annual power generation.
