● Transparency………… Since the fluid can be visually confirmed, it allows for the detection of air entrapment, blockages of fluids and powders, and pinhole formation due to static electricity inside the tube, enabling early identification of trouble spots.
● Chemical resistance……… The inner layer is made of a fluoropolymer (ETFE type), which is resistant to most chemicals.
● Flexibility………… The laminated structure provides superior flexibility compared to commercially available single-layer fluoropolymer tubes, improving workability.
● Resistance to bending……… Compared to commercially available single-layer fluoropolymer tubes, it is less prone to bending and can somewhat recover even if bent.
● Non-stickiness……… The fluoropolymer of the inner layer has excellent water-repellent and non-stick properties, resulting in minimal fluid residue and superior cleanability.
● Abrasion resistance……… The fluoropolymer of the inner layer has excellent abrasion resistance and can withstand slurry-like chemical substances.
