★Difficult to hydrolyze! ★Matte texture with a smooth feel! ★Semi-conductive series of ether-based polyethylene tubes now available!
Q: What is different from the existing conductive polyurethane tubes?
A: It is a conductive tube made of ether-based polyurethane!
Q: What is different about that?
A: Traditionally, the conductive material that could be blended was ester-based polyurethane. Ester-based polyurethane is prone to hydrolysis, so the fluids are limited to gases. Additionally, ester-based polyurethane has stickiness due to its components, which makes it inferior in abrasion resistance compared to ether-based polyurethane due to the coefficient of friction.
Q: What are the disadvantages?
A: It is just less prone to hydrolysis compared to ester-based polyurethane, but it does not mean it is completely resistant to hydrolysis. Also, if you are using tap water, please be cautious of the residual chlorine effects. Since carbon is used as the conductive material, the tube is only available in black.
Q: From what length and how many meters can it be purchased?
A: As it is a made-to-order product, if you specify the inner and outer diameters and the length, we can sell it from one roll regardless of the polyurethane size, whether in millimeters, inches, or custom standards, but the cost of the extrusion amount for one day will be reflected in the price.
★ There is a limited quantity available, but we are distributing sample tube pieces free of charge. Please compare it by touch with the conductive polyurethane tube you are currently using.
