Introduced early and operating smoothly! Even when the hopper's slope cannot be sufficiently secured, it promotes the outflow of powder and granules.

This is an introduction to trouble cases caused by insufficient hopper inclination (rest angle) to secure hopper capacity. The user installed an upward conical part near the hopper discharge area to disperse powder pressure, but this did not resolve the issue, leading to their inquiry. Upon reviewing the hopper diagram and powder sample, we determined that there was no significant risk and provided a countermeasure proposal using our equipment.
